Built your own system? It can still receive orders.
Plenty of distributors run something built in-house. ManualOut connects to those systems too, matching whatever fields your system expects.
Order automation for custom & in-house ERPs
Plenty of distributors run something built in-house — a system shaped around how they actually work, with its own fields, rules and quirks that no off-the-shelf connector knows about. That is usually treated as the reason automation will not work for them.
ManualOut connects to it through your own API, mapped to your schema during setup: the same reading, matching and rule-checking it does for a packaged ERP, writing into the fields your system expects. If it can accept an order over an API or an import, it can be fed automatically.
What syncs with Custom & in-house ERP
The detail, rather than a logo and a promise.
- Orders created through your own API
- Fields mapped to match your system
- Checks that mirror your own business rules
Worth knowing
- We work this out during setup. Tell us what your system expects and we map to it.
How an order reaches Custom & in-house ERP
The same five steps, whichever system sits at the end.
- 01
The order arrives
However your customer chose to send it: email, WhatsApp, a PDF, a spreadsheet, a voice note after service. They do not have to change anything.
- 02
The AI reads it
ManualOut's AI pulls out the products, quantities and pack sizes, and matches each line to your product list. Anything it cannot match, it flags.
- 03
Your rules are checked
Price list, minimum order value, delivery charge, cutoff time, company and warehouse. Checked on every order, so it does not depend on who is on the desk.
- 04
The sales order is created
The order goes into your ERP and the ERP's order number comes back. If the ERP rejects it, you get the error and can fix and retry.
- 05
Your team handles what is left
Clean orders go through on their own. Only real decisions reach a person: a shortage, a line that would not match, an order below the minimum.

FAQ
Custom & in-house ERP, answered
Can ManualOut work with a custom or in-house ERP?
Yes. If your system can accept an order over an API or an import, ManualOut can be mapped to it — the same reading, matching and rule-checking it does for a packaged ERP, writing into the fields your system expects.
How does order automation work with a custom ERP?
ManualOut reads the incoming order, matches lines to your product data, applies your rules, and creates the order through your own API mapped to your schema during setup. Anything it cannot resolve is sent for review.
What do you need from us to integrate?
The way your system accepts orders — an API or an import — and how your fields are structured. We work that out and map to it during setup.
