Bring AI order automation to the distributors you know
ManualOut turns the email, WhatsApp, PDF and spreadsheet orders distributors still handle by hand into clean sales orders in their ERP. You open the opportunity; we handle everything from the demo to go-live — and you earn on both the implementation and the subscription that follows.
The opportunity
A real problem, in almost every distribution business
Most distributors still take a large share of orders as messages and documents, then retype them into the ERP. It is slow, error-prone and expensive — and EDI and portals never covered it. If you already sell into distributors, your customers have this problem today. Most just accept it as the cost of doing business.
Orders arrive as messages
Email, WhatsApp, PDFs, spreadsheets and voice notes — formats built for people, not ERPs.
The ERP is already in place
The system of record exists. The gap is getting orders into it without manual re-keying.
The cost is hidden
It lives in headcount, errors and lost capacity — rarely on a line item, which is why it persists.
Why ManualOut
Why partner with us
A product that sells on a real order
The demo is one of the customer's own messy orders — an email, a WhatsApp photo, a PDF — read live and turned into a clean ERP sales order. It is concrete, not a pitch, so conversations move quickly.
You never carry delivery risk
We run discovery, implementation, ERP integration and support. You are never on the hook for a technical outcome, an integration or a go-live date.
Complementary, not rip-and-replace
ManualOut sits in front of the ERP the distributor already runs. There is no system to displace, so it is an additive sale with a small objection surface.
Recurring revenue, not a one-off
You earn on the implementation and on the subscription that follows, for up to 24 months. A single introduction keeps paying rather than closing once.
A focused, selective program
This is a channel program, not a mass affiliate scheme. We work with a small number of partners and support each one directly.
Built for distribution specifically
Not generic document AI. Product matching, units, pricing, minimums and ERP rules are the core — which is exactly what makes it stick with real distributors.
Ideal partner profile
Who we want to partner with
Anyone interested in selling software who can reach distributors and wants a strong, recurring line to add to what they do — whether you already have the relationships or are building them.
Resellers, VARs and agencies
Businesses that already sell software or services to distributors — including ERP resellers — and want a recurring line that complements what they offer.
Consultants and advisors
People who understand how a distributor's order desk really works and are trusted to recommend what fits.
Sales agents and independent reps
Anyone with genuine, standing relationships across a set of distributor accounts.
Industry connectors and communities
Associations, networks and well-connected people who can open the right conversations with distributors.
These are the partners we work with most often — but the door is open to anyone interested in selling software to distributors. If you can reach the right buyers and want to build a recurring line of income, we would like to hear from you, whether you do it full time or alongside what you already do. It is still a channel program, not a mass affiliate or refer-and-earn scheme: we support every partner directly rather than paying out on a volume of links.
Ideal customer profile
The distributors this is for
The strongest fit is a distributor who handles real order volume through messages and documents — and wants to grow without growing the order desk.
- Takes a meaningful share of orders by email, WhatsApp, PDF or spreadsheet
- Has an order desk that retypes those orders into an ERP by hand
- Already runs an ERP they intend to keep — Prophet 21, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Odoo, Dynamics, QuickBooks or custom
- Operates in food, FMCG, wholesale grocery, fresh produce, beverage or similar fast-moving distribution
- Wants to grow order volume without growing the order desk
Less of a fit: businesses already fully on EDI or a customer portal, very low order volume, or no ERP to connect to.
How it works
How the partnership works
A clear division of labour: you open the door, we deliver, and the relationship stays yours.
- 01
Apply and qualify
You tell us about your business and the distributors you work with. We share the full commercial terms with qualified partners.
- 02
Onboard
We give you the positioning, the qualifying questions and the materials to spot and open the right opportunities. No technical training required.
- 03
Open the opportunity
You identify a qualified distributor, make the introduction and help frame the problem with them.
- 04
We take it from there
We run the demo on the customer's own order, then handle discovery, implementation, ERP integration and onboarding. You stay close to the relationship.
- 05
You earn
On the implementation and on the subscription that follows, for up to 24 months. We handle billing and support.
Revenue
The revenue opportunity
Two lines of income from a single introduction. Partners earn a share of the customer's implementation revenue and a share of recurring subscription revenue for up to 24 months after go-live. Because ManualOut is a subscription a distributor keeps using every day, a good introduction compounds rather than paying once.
Implementation revenue
A share of the setup and go-live revenue on every distributor you bring in.
Recurring, up to 24 months
A share of the subscription for up to two years after go-live, while the customer keeps using it.
Terms shared privately
Commission structures vary by partner type and engagement, so we share detailed terms with qualified partners rather than posting a number that would not fit every case.

FAQ
Partner program, answered
Is this an affiliate program?
No. This is a selective channel program for partners with real distributor relationships, not a mass refer-and-earn scheme. We work with a small number of partners and support each one directly.
What exactly do I have to do?
Identify qualified distributors, open the opportunity, and help develop the relationship. You do not run demos, handle implementation or support the product — we do.
Do I need technical or industry expertise?
No. You don't need to be technical, an ERP specialist or a distribution insider. If you can reach distributors and open a conversation, we handle the demo, the discovery, the integration and the delivery.
How do partners get paid?
On both the implementation and the recurring subscription, for up to 24 months after go-live. We share the detailed commercial terms with qualified partners.
Why don't you publish the commission rates?
Because they vary by partner type and engagement. Posting a single number would misrepresent most arrangements, so we share them privately with qualified partners.
Does ManualOut replace the customer's ERP?
No. It sits in front of the ERP the distributor already runs and feeds it clean sales orders. The ERP stays the system of record, which makes this an additive sale rather than a displacement.
Which ERPs and regions do you support?
ManualOut connects to the major distribution ERPs — Dynamics 365, Business Central, SAP, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Epicor Prophet 21, Odoo, Sage, QuickBooks and custom systems — and the program is open to partners internationally.
Who can apply?
Anyone interested in selling software to distributors. You might already resell software, consult, carry a sales bag, or simply have good relationships you could open — full time or alongside what you already do. If you can reach distributors and open a conversation, you are welcome to apply; we review every application personally.
